Description:

Womens long black stretch polyester witch costume dress has long sleeves and a scooped neckline.
The included white stretch fabric cowl is worn across the front and back of the shoulders with ties at the nape.
This witch costume includes a long white apron with an attached waist belt that has an adjustable velcro fasten at the back.
Halloween outfit is complete with a padded black witch hat that has a wired brim and a black hat band with a gold fabric buckle.
There is white fabric attached around the back of the inner hat band to create a short veiled look.
