• Womens Shining Twin's costume dress is made from stretch polyester.
  
• The dress features a powder blue base with a white polka dot print throughout.
  
• Dress has a Peter Pan style collar with puff sleeves, both the collar and sleeves feature white lace trim.
  
• Spotted dress has a classic A-Line waist with an elastic back waistband to allow for sizing flexibility.
  
• Attached skirt is highlighted with a bottom ruffle and lace trim along the bottom hemline.
  
• Twin dress fastens at the back of the neck with a velcro tab closure.
