This neon red fabric paint, made in the UK, glows under a black light and is perfect to make you glow from every angle! To use this neon red fabric paint, simply paint your desired design onto your fancy dress outfit, leave to dry for 24 hours and then iron the reverse side for a permanent maximized UV glow effect.
