Costume Description:

Womens evil clown costume dress is made from printed white and spotted stretch fabric, with a creepy clown design in each dot, with a wet-look front panel and red edging.
Dress features attached tulle sleeves with elastic shoulders, and red and black pom poms attached to the front of the dress.
Wicked clown outfit includes a tulle and mesh petticoat with a red and white fabric trim.
Clown outfit comes with a small hat made from foam and printed clown dot fabric, with tulle trim and a red pom pom, that attaches using clips or a string from two elastic loops.
Halloween costume is complete with a red and white printed collar with black tulle trim, and red mottled printed socks, made from stretch fabric.
