• Dress has blue stripes on the front bodice and a blue collar, which has a large white button at the front and closes with velcro at the back.
• Costume includes a bow made from matching blue fabric, and attaches with velcro.
• Womens skirt section has black mesh ruffled trim with white polka dots, and metallic silver braiding decorating the hem.
• Black underskirt has matching black polka dot mesh ruffled trim.
• Gloves and leggings are matching stretch cream fabric printed with little cracks.
