Girls 1950's style dress with white stretch fabric shirt section, flared black felt fabric skirt with white polka dots and attached white petticoat underneath.
Dress has an attached red felt fabric jacket with long sleeves and a printed black and silver glitter poodle on one side.
Costume dress is complete with an attached black sequined belt with a round plastic buckle.
