  • Plush headband is made from a hard lightweight plastic covered in a black faux velvet fabric with pink felt layered on top.
  • Attached to the back of the bow tie is an elastic band to go around the neck.
  • The black faux velvet tail includes a wire on the inside so it can be bent to satisfaction. 
  • Tail also features a black elastic loop on the end for placement.
