Costume Description:

The Victorian costume jacket and skirt is made from a blue non stretch polyester fabric.
The jacket has a button up front closure, with a high front and low back hem line plus an overlay with that is attached and sits over the shoulders.
The long blue skirt has a stretch elastic waist.
This costume also includes a wrap around belt with a bronze buckle, a red satin neck tie and a blue hat with a red flower attached.
