would probably give it three and a half stars for quality/attention to detail. Hands were reversed and one fixing screw was rusty but both problems easily fixed with a Phillip's screwdriver and a stainless self tapper. Looks good sitting in my 1932 two seater sports car which will form part of my display. Head revolves too easily and would like it firmer but travelled well in the open car round town without moving too much in the wind. What was described as a noose around it's neck was a small piece of string loosely tied.
