• Hanging felt decoration is split into 3 sections attached together with ribbons.
• The top section is a maroon witch hat with black cut out details and an orange buckle.
• The middle section is an black banner with an orange background and cut out 'Trick or Treat' text.
• The bottom section is glittery black pointed shoes on a yellow background.
• To hang the decoration there is a looped ribbon attached to the top.
