Full length costume dress made from high quality black velvet fabric.
Hooded dress features short sleeves with cold-shoulders.
Down the entire front of the dress are hook and eye closures, with a few at the top which are functional.
The rest of the closures are sewn shut with a fabric backing but this can be cut open if desired.
