The top half of the dress is made from black velvet with fold down collar.
The shoulders and collar has black and gold braid details and fake gold buttons.
The bust of the dress has red stretch fabric with a corset style adjustable black ribbon lace up over the top.
The sleeves of the dress have red stretch fabric with black and gold braid details.
The back of the dress is made from a black stretch fabric material.
The dress has an attached black belt with gold pirate skull print.
The skirt of the dress is made from red stretch fabric with a hi-lo dip hem.
Black vinyl belt with large gold buckle and gold ringlet details.
