• Creepy collar cones with stretch elastic fabric with rope to go around neck and velcro to slightly adjust sizing.
• Scarecrow hat is made from matching brown polyester with green and blue patches on side of hat.
• Costume also includes matching rope wrist ties and rope belt that goes around waist and plastic rustic looking scythe.
