Description:
- Headband is plastic covered with an orange mini plush witch hat on top.
- The witch hat is features a spiderweb print, black faux fur and a silver glitter ghost attached to it.
- The tutu skirt is a piece of elastic with various strips of black and orange fabrics tied to the elastic.
- These strips of fabric include black and orange tulle, orange ribbon, and black and white polka dot ribbon.
- Skirt measures approximately 22cm long and will fit a waist size up to 55cm.
