• Attached to the clowns hand is a head and torso with black hair,
• Head has black makeup on the lips and around the eyes and a white and blue top.
• Decoration can be posed with the wire inside the arms.
• Clown stand up with black metal poles that attach to a black plastic base.
• The clown attaches to the poles with red ribbon and stands approximately 170cm tall.
• When turned on, clown flashes red in the eyes, shakes and laughs and talks with carnival music in the background.
• Decoration has a battery box inside the clothing on the back with a on/off switch.
