See below all the delivery costs and shipping times to have your parcel delivered to Victoria. All orders placed before 4pm ACST (Adelaide time) on any business day, are dispatched the same day regardless of shipping method chosen.
Toll Priority is a flat rate of $18.99.

- 2 business days for all areas outside of a capital city or major regional centre - Delivery excluding weekends
Please note: Toll is unable to deliver to any PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, please nominate a residential or business address for delivery. Remote areas of Australia or large and bulky parcels may incur additional postage charges, we will contact you should this occur.

Thankfully it is an extremely rare occurrence however, any delays in deliveries due to incidents affecting Toll's processing procedures such as public holidays or severe weather, are out of our control. If Toll does not deliver your parcel within their guaranteed time frame, and your order is no longer required, you may send your order back as per the conditions of our returns policy.
Express delivery is a flat rate $15.99 without insurance or $17.49 including insurance.

If Australia Post's service does not deliver your parcel within their guaranteed time frame, and your order is no longer required, you may return items to us for a refund of the individual product costs, as per the conditions of our returns policy.
Free Standard Shipping for Orders over $150*. Orders under $150 will have the option during checkout to select Standard Shipping $11.99 or $13.49 + shipping insurance, Express Shipping $15.99 or $17.49 + shipping insurance or Toll Priority $18.99 (Customers within Australia only) Customers who qualify for free standard shipping will have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for $15.99 or $17.49 or Toll Priority for $18.99.
- Standard delivery will take up to 8 business days to be delivered within VIC - Delivery excluding weekends.
