Description:

• Halloween decoration features black foam skulls with painted white details positioned in a round wreath shape.
• The skulls each have light up eyes that flash rainbow colours and are activated via a battery box at the back with an on and off switch.
• A wired button hangs from the battery box at the side which alters the flashing light speed.
