We try our hardest to keep international shipping times up to date on our site. However, please note, shipping to international destinations from Australia may be affected as a result of flight restrictions and weather conditions. Please also be aware that any delays to your local postal service within your own country may affect the estimated time frames given by Australia Post. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout once your International delivery address has been entered. Charges are based on the items you are purchasing. Bulky, long, tall or heavy products may be subject to additional charges or may not be available to ship internationally. Postage options, charges and delivery times are subject to specific International destination 'Zones'. All prices on our website, including shipping prices, are in $AUD.
We are not responsible for, nor can we control any duties incurred or delays imposed by your country’s customs department, or postal carrier. Any additional charges incurred once a parcel reaches its destination country, are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. If you would like further information about your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office directly as we do not have access to this information and policies will vary from country to country.
Here at Heaven Costumes we will ship our products to all international destinations however, there may be instances where we may require further proof of customer identification before accepting and shipping out an order. In these cases we will contact you as soon as possible via email to discuss your options, to keep you happy and to ensure we provide you (our customer!) with a hassle free outcome in the purchasing of our products.
